Nivaro uses this framework to decide what information is worth comparing and what evidence is required before a strong claim should be published. It is intentionally designed to separate measurable facts from marketing language.
1. Regulator evidence
A useful comparison starts with a precise definition. Nivaro records the underlying fields and their verification time so the label shown to a visitor can be traced back to evidence.
2. Affiliate GEO permission
Context matters. The same operator can behave differently by market, payment rail, product or account state. Nivaro therefore avoids turning one observation into a universal promise.
3. Conflicting evidence
Structured evidence makes updates possible. When a monitored source changes, the affected field can be reviewed, timestamped and surfaced through Nivaro Pulse rather than silently leaving an old claim online.
4. Fail-closed publishing
Where evidence is incomplete, stale or contradictory, the responsible output is uncertainty — not a stronger marketing claim. Promotional eligibility remains fail-closed.
