Saskatchewan provides one of the clearest official examples of how an online gambling account can be both residency-gated and location-gated.
The current PlayNow Saskatchewan help page says registration requires a person to be a Saskatchewan resident, at least 19 years old, and located in Saskatchewan. The same help material says purchases are limited to people physically located in the province.
