The Province of Nova Scotia's current Atlantic Lottery Regulations state that reasonable steps must be taken to prevent people under 19 from participating in an online game. The rules also prohibit paying an online-game prize to a person under 19.
Atlantic Lottery's current Terms of Service define Atlantic Canada as Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island, require an account holder to be at least 19 and an Atlantic Canada resident, and say games must not be purchased while the player is physically outside Atlantic Canada.
