Interac: what the logo establishes
Interac describes e-Transfer as a bank or credit-union transfer service. Its Autodeposit feature routes incoming transfers to the registered account without a security question. Without Autodeposit, receiving money can require an acceptance step through the financial institution. These features do not remove a casino's own withdrawal review.
Interac's official support guidance directs transaction investigations to the financial institution and explains that Interac does not hold or trace customer funds. For a casino request that has not been dispatched, the operator is still the first contact. For a dispatched transfer that is missing, obtain the reference and contact your bank through a known channel.
Use the official Interac FAQ for payment-service questions and the operator's current cashier for its casino-specific support, limits and review conditions.
Check the precise withdrawal option
An Interac deposit logo is not a withdrawal promise. Look for Interac in the logged-in withdrawal options and check whether it is enabled for your account. Record the direction explicitly: deposit only, withdrawal only, both, or not established.
Also record whether the flow sends an e-Transfer notification or uses another documented payment integration. Do not label every Canadian bank transaction Interac merely because the account is Canadian. The payment method and processor should come from the actual cashier or transaction record.
Check the recipient details safely
Confirm which email address or other supported identifier the operator will use and whether it matches the arrangement at your bank. If your email changed, update records through the approved account process rather than forwarding a financial message to an unverified recipient.
Autodeposit setup is managed through the participating financial institution. Follow Interac's setup instructions and your bank's own settings. A casino support agent should not need your online-banking password to investigate a payout.
